Ingredients / Servings :

  • 1.00 Unpeeled Garlic
  • 2.00 Cups Olive Oil
  • 1.00 Can Drained Chickpeas
  • 0.50 Tablespoon Tahini
  • 0.75 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1.00 Tablespoon taste of Cayenne Peeper
  • 0.50 Tablespoon Salt
  • 0.25 Cup Water
  • Flakes of Red Pepper (optional)

Instructions how to make Roasted Garlic Hummus by Howartthoucafe :

  1. Make sure to ready the oven at 400 degrees.
  2. Slice the top of garlic and fill 1 tablespoon olive oil to the openned garlic.
  3. Wrap garlic on foil and place in oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool down the garlic for 5 minutes and peel the garlic skin.
  5. Blend garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, pepper, salt, olive oil, tahini and Water. Make sure all smooth.
  6. Put in the bowl and give some topping with olive oil, and pepper flakes or anything you want (optional).
